Nothing gets stuck: this boiler uses all types of chopped wood – whether it is forest or recycled wood residues – everything is burned without problems. Wood chips up to G50/P31S are transported by a screw conveyor without jamming. If an obstacle occurs – the screws automatically start to rotate backwards, releasing the jam. The patented single-chamber shutter is made with attached blades that cut off wood chips that are too long. The shutter is sealed, which ensures that the fire does not spread to the fuel tract. As an option, by purchasing a recirculation damper drive, the boiler can burn pellets and wood waste from joinery production.
ePE-K - solidly built boiler
Designed for higher loads. Tried and tested as a prototype of the ETA wood chip boiler, optimized with specially adapted flue gas recirculation. The combustion chamber temperature is maintained between 800÷1000 0C, without reaching the melting point of wood ash, so the grates remain clean; no slag forms on them.

Thanks to the fact that the air for combustion can be supplied separately from the air for ventilation, the PU boiler can be installed almost anywhere. Whether we burn chopped wood or pellets – the internal equipment of this boiler with a moving hearth has everything you need for safe, clean and flexible heating. Flue gas recirculation is constantly monitored. This evens out the flue gas flow. The hearth is better cooled, the temperature in the boiler remains in a stable range, which, on the one hand, ensures complete combustion of the corresponding fuel, on the other hand, prevents the formation of slag deposits. The rarefaction monitoring in the fuel ensures safety; while lambda control ensures the highest NEC with the lowest emission pollution. The absolutely reliable fuel supply and dust separator – multicyclone system enables the operation of the unit with the greatest convenience.
